The Latvian number one Jelena Ostapenko (WTA 17) confirmed her participation in the Tallinn Open WTA 250 tennis tournament.

“I have always enjoyed competing in front of Latvian tennis fans,” said Jelena Ostapenko. “Unfortunately, the Billie Jeane King Cup and the WTA tournament will not take place in Latvia this year, so I decided to participate in the Tallinn WTA 250 tournament.
